Wonderful place to have a detoxification and rejuvenation. Food is just mind-blowing. It's sattvic yet so delicious!! Facilities and amenities are equally good. Yoga sessions, therapies, swimming pool, kids play room and many other activities. Chef Sajan and Devendra are so helpful. They personally take care of guest's food requirements. Abhidev , aarti and all other staff are amazingly courteous.

From the moment I arrived, I felt a sense of calm and tranquility envelop me. The peaceful surroundings of Rishikesh, combined with the retreat’s serene ambiance, made for an incredibly rejuvenating experience. Yoga & Wellness The yoga sessions were exceptional, led by highly skilled and knowledgeable instructors who tailored the classes to my individual needs. Whether it was the morning Vinyasa Flow to energize or the evening Restorative Yoga to wind down, every session helped deepen my practice. The holistic approach of integrating yoga with daily meditation and breathing exercises was truly therapeutic. Ayurvedic Treatments One of the highlights of my stay was the personalized Ayurvedic treatments. I had a consultation with the in-house Ayurvedic doctor who recommended a tailored therapy plan to address my health concerns. The Abhyanga (oil massage) and Shirodhara were incredibly relaxing, and I felt the benefits not just physically, but mentally as well. The therapies helped detoxify my body, relieve stress, and boost my energy levels. Food & Nutrition The meals were a highlight! The Sattvic meals provided at Veda5 were not only delicious but also incredibly nourishing. The focus on fresh, organic ingredients ensured that every meal was rich in nutrients and balanced for optimal health. I particularly enjoyed the variety of herbal teas and the Ayurvedic dietary guidelines that were provided to complement the healing process. Ambience & Accommodation The retreat’s atmosphere is perfect for relaxation and reflection. The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, and equipped with everything needed for comfort. The peaceful gardens and tranquil outdoor spaces offered the perfect environment for meditation or simply unwinding in nature. Stayed here for a week in Jan 2025. Very beautiful tranquil location. The treatments were excellent and we received a very professional service from the therapists & doctors. The food was absolutely out of this world and a big thank you must go out to chef Revendra and his team of miracle workers in the kitchen, absolutely amazing food. Also a big thank you to Rahul & the rest of the team of waiters, nothing was too much trouble & worked in perfect tandem with the team in the kitchen.

I spent a week in this Ayurvedic center and I only have one thing to say: fantastic! The staff is so attentive, smiling, caring, everything is done to please you. The food is delicious, the rooms very clean with a breathtaking view of the mountain. The yoga rooms are magnificent and the massages are of high quality. I thank the entire team from the bottom of my heart, you will stay in my heart for a very long time...

To all foreign travelers: do not fall into this trap. We are currently writing this from Veda5 Rishikesh, where we just experienced the most absurd situation in 3 years of traveling. We paid €600 for a 3-day experience through Get Your Guide—a platform used by millions around the world and one we’ve used in countless countries without any issues. After seeing this retreat listed while we were in Rishikesh, we decided to extend our stay to relax and join a meditation retreat. After a one-hour journey into the mountains (and €25 spent on transportation), we arrived at Veda5 and were told we hadn’t paid. We showed our payment confirmation, and that’s when the situation spiraled. An argument ensued for over an hour, a complete disaster that we even needed to call the police. Instead of offering any solution or professionalism (at what is supposed to be a meditation and yoga retreat), the manager and receptionist insisted we cancel our already paid (non-refundable) booking and pay them directly—claiming they were having issues receiving money from Get Your Guide. As if that had anything to do with us. They even tried to shift the blame onto us, which was beyond unacceptable. We’ve had the most amazing experiences around the world, but the treatment we received at Veda5 was the worst we’ve ever encountered—especially for such an expensive service by Indian standards. To make matters worse, by 8 PM they canceled our booking entirely without any plausible reason, leaving us with no place to stay - 8PM in the middle of the mountains, during a busy holiday weekend in Rishikesh. After a lot of hassle from our side they allowed us to stay for the night. This was supposed to be a peaceful retreat that we were really excited to do, but instead it turned into an incredibly stressful and disappointing experience. Now we are in the room, miles away from home, with our 3 days retreat completely ruined, trying to find out where to go tomorrow. Now imagine yourself coming from your country all the way to Rishikesh to do a Yoga Retreat and arriving here and they simple cancel it while you’re in front front of them showing them the booking confirmation and payment receipt. This is a SCAM! We are speechless!
