Each meal at restaurant of Rockholm -‘Naivedya’ is prepared in harmony with the fundamental philosophy of Ayurveda and Saatvic Principles. Our culinary experts specialize in creating authentic dishes with a coastal touch and International signatures. This alfresco, sea facing restaurant offers farm fresh and seasonal produce that bears testimony to the fertile land.
The essence of our culinary creations are predominantly vegetarian. Each dish is a tasteful mix of balance, flavor, and nutrition. - If the booking is canceled before 30 days of arrival, there is no cancellation fee.
- If the booking is canceled between 29 to 07 days of arrival, 50% of the booking invoice amount will be charged.

By Air: The nearest airport to Rockholm is Thiruvananthapuram International Airport. Upon landing, you can easily access the retreat by taking a taxi or a pre-arranged transportation service. The airport is approximately a 30-minute drive from Rockholm Beach Retreat.
By Train: Thiruvananthapuram Central Railway Station is the closest major railway station. From there, you can opt for a taxi or a local transportation service to reach Rockholm Beach Retreat, which is around a 30-minute drive away.
By Road: If you’re traveling by road, you can take advantage of the well-connected road network. Kovalam is accessible via various state highways. Local taxis, ride-sharing services, or rental cars can be utilized to reach Rockholm Beach Retreat conveniently.

Dr Sreekala Santosh
Rockholm's Chief Physician Dr. Sreekala manages the Rockholm Ayurveda Centre comprising of a team of qualified Doctors, Dieticians and Therapists. She offers hands on expertise, theories and techniques integral to Ayurveda to ensure the well being of our guests. She was earlier based at our Thrissur property Nattika Beach Retreat and brings with her a wealth of experience and knowledge to Rockholm. Dr. Sreekala and her team together create a balance of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual living amongst our guests. Her guidance and consultation helps revive over all wellbeing amongst our guests. Dr. Sreekala is a talented singer and appreciates a good read.

Bachelor of ayurvedic medicine and surgery
Dr.Sajithakumari S.S is an ayurvedic physician, graduated BAMS, Bachelor of ayurvedic medicine and surgery from Rajiv gandhi university of health sciences. Born in kerala, have a deep intrest in natural medicine and has vast experience in ayurvedic herbs and their uses. During the school time,she had a deep intrest in the subject of science and nature. After 12 grade, she took admission in a Alvas Ayurveda medical college in Moodbidri,D.K. She has an experience of 11years helping people and lead a well balanced life style through her deep knowledge of ayurveda.
