For those who have finished the 200-Hour Teacher Training Course, this 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training has been meticulously and sophistically developed to meet the standards set by Yoga Alliance. Five specialized categories make up the curriculum’s framework, ensuring that yoga teachers receive proper training. There are countless options in yoga; the more you itch, the more perplexed you feel, and the more ready you are to know what comes next.
The Hatha, Ashtanga-Vinyasa, Patanjali Sutras, yoga psychology, science of breath and thinking, and comprehension of anatomy and physical functions in relation to conventional and contemporary yoga practices are all covered in the 300-hour YTTC at Kashish Yoga in Goa. Through the 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course in India, we delve into the spiritual anatomy of our systems, physical meditations, ayurveda, and understanding the role of prana in each yoga position that we practice.
We spent a lot of time and thought creating the 300-hour TTC.
