Frequently Asked Questions
What is yoga?
Yoga is not just another sport; it’s a life changing activity; it’s a systematic way of living life. Practicing, learning or teaching yoga in any style, from anywhere will invite peace, happiness, health and prosperity into your life.
Is 24 days enough to become a yoga teacher?
Honestly no! Yoga requires years and years of practice and you will see yourself evolving every single day. TTC is like planting a seed in your mind which will emerge as a huge tree as the time passes. The only thing you need is to nourish the seed every day. How good and evolved a teacher you become, depends on the kind of commitment you show towards it even after you leave Kashish Yoga. Remember that when you will be teaching and helping others, the knowledge that you will get is more valuable than years of practicing and studying.
Can I teach yoga or open my own studio with yoga alliance certificate?
Yes, you can. Yoga Alliance is one of the biggest organizations for yoga teachers in the world. It sets highly professional standards for teaching yoga. By choosing the schools registered with Yoga Alliance, you are eligible to teach yoga or open up your own studio anywhere across the world.
Do I need a prior knowledge and practice of yoga before joining ttc?
It is always good if you have some previous experience in the form of practice. It instantly puts you at ease and comfort. Having said that, it isn’t mandatory. We will guide you at all levels whether you are a beginner, at an intermediate level or a practitioner. The urge to learn is of prime importance.
I am not very flexible and cannot do many asanas, can i still join the course?
Yes, all bodies are not created equal, so you are not expected to be able to do all the postures. Modifications are given/taught for all levels of asanas. The whole purpose of yoga is to enable you to become fit and flexible – physically and mentally.
What is your refund and cancellation policy?

In case the student decides to leave the course after the payment of the deposit or the full fees due to any reason, they will not be entitled to any refund of the fees paid.
